• The Appointment: At the appointment we tour your living spaces and ask probing questions to help determine the perfect solutions for your windows. Our goal is to educate and serve you, not just make a sale. At the same time, we will do a professional measurement and review samples and possibly solutions while continuing to gather your input. 

 

• The Quote: Our Design Consultant will develop a completely custom quote based on your choices and specific window measurements. We don’t sell cut down or “cheap” products. Our products are completely custom made to the exact specifications of your window sizes and color selections. Often, we can give a couple options and help you decide on the best solution.  

 

• Project Completion:  Our clients receive consultation, measurement and installation of custom window treatments at no additional charge. This category and products are complicated, so we handle the work from start to finish. Once you choose to place an order with Home Remedies we treat your home and the project as our top priority. Your Design Consultant is your single point of contact for coordinating all the details regarding your project whether it is one window or fifty.
